We’re still here! We just haven’t been in your inboxes all that much. As the regular season approaches, we’ll ramp back up Newsletter production as there will be a lot more content we can share.
New Name, Same Team
New Name:
The Mallards have moved their home rink to ZAPUSTAS ARENA in Randolph, MA. They let us relocate here despite me misspelling the rink’s name multiple times in social media posts.
Nevertheless, the Zap, also home to Braintree High School’s team, is a better fit for bringing in fans to enjoy some quality Senior A Hockey.
Same Team
With the move to Randolph, we faced questions about if we would still represent the Canton community. Even though Randolph is just 5 minutes away, we want to make sure we can represent all our fans. Therefore, we introduce you to: the Norfolk Mallards.
We hope to reach the over half million residents and 28 cities/towns in Norfolk County with this rebrand. While the name has changed, the players have not. You’ll still be able to root for the same high flying Mallards we all know and love including the new editions of Scott Isbell and Parker Butler from the Danbury Hat Tricks of the FPHL.
New Schedule has Arrived
The Union Hockey League, just like all start up leagues, has had to endure some growing pains. One of those obstacles has been locking in a schedule that ensures the league is set up for success. We finally have curated something great and are now ready to share it with the fans.
You can enjoy one of our home games at the Zap for $10 at the door or you can grab season tickets to get into all 11 home games for $75 at this link!
Around the Hockey World in 3 Links!
